Gary has been an integral part of Brian Walsh Funerals for over 20 years, having joined the team after making a significant career change from being a school principal.
His diverse background and wealth of experience have made him a valuable asset to the business. In addition to his role at Brian Walsh Funerals, Gary was honored to serve as the Mayor of Cobram in 2016 and 2019, he was also elected as Councilor for 2 consecutive terms further strengthening his connection to the local community.
Gary thoroughly enjoys his work at Brian Walsh Funerals, where he thrives in his interactions with the community. He loves getting out and meeting new people, whether it’s through casual conversations or offering support to families during their most challenging times. His compassionate nature and commitment to assisting those in need have made him a trusted and respected figure.
Outside of his professional life, Gary is dedicated to spending quality time with his family, particularly his wife, Marilyn. He also has a passion for travel, enjoying new experiences and adventures with those he holds dear.
